These are tools that enable users to search for information sources, track relationships between them through citation links, monitor the performance of individuals, scientific teams, or institutions, and assess the quality of journals.
- Databases are accessible from SUA computer network.
- Outside the SUA network, they are accessible upon registration. The condition is to register on the university's computer network and use an institutional e-mail address (uniag.sk) when registering.
- Access outside the SUA network is also possible via the TuKAN remote access service.
The multidisciplinary information resource WoS provides access to bibliographic and citation databases and analytical tools through a common user environment. The subscription also includes:
- Journal Citation Reports - a tool for comparing scientific journals based on their citation frequency, containing metrics such as impact factor, AIS, quartiles, and the like,
- Essential Science Indicators - data for comparing institutions, countries, etc., as well as tracking research trends.
This is a multidisciplinary bibliographic and scientometric database. Thematically, it focuses not only on the natural, technical, social, and human sciences, but also on the arts. The database serves primarily as a source of information on scientific publications worldwide. It is an important source of information on authors' publications and their citations.
